ATECH Services coordinates several projects that are of assistance to students who are blind, visually impaired, deaf, hard of hearing or deafblind.

 

· ATECH Services provides educational consultation and training services on a fee for service basis for schools serving students who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired or deafblind.

 

· ATECH Services is funded by the NH Department of Education to coordinate NH’s Instructional Materials and Resource Center, which loans large print and Braille books and materials as well as assistive technology such as CCTVs and FM systems to students, parents, and educators.  ATECH is also supported by the NH DOE to provide information and referral to schools and families who need assistance in locating services and supports for students with vision and/or hearing loss

 

· The Professional Development Center for Vision Education is coordinated by ATECH Services.  This DOE funded project provides professional development resources related to best practices in vision education.  This project has a website at www.nhpdcve.org.

 

We are located in Concord, NH.  We welcome visitors to explore the resources in the Instructional Materials Center and to attend workshops in our conference room.
